Summary New Features
Events - Events Host - Include 'Options' on the Place Card - PPL-1001
Giving the Host the option to include which 'Choices' the guest have selected on their Pre-Order
Ensuring that the team is always informed users can now include choice selections from Pre-Orders on the Guest place card. To display the 'choices' on the place cards, the host will have the option to 'Include Choices' when they are on the print screen.
Events - Events Guest Portal - PPL-1007
When selecting menu items on the Guest Portal the attendee will have select at least one (1) item to mark the order as complete
To ensure the team have all the required Pre-Orders for a event, attendees will now be required to make at least 1 selection to complete the Pre-Order on the Guest Portal.
Events - Events Host - Tasks Notifications showing on Notifications Page - PPL-976
This feature will show all Tasks (Actions) on the Notifications page to improve the Host information
Host app users are now informed of all tasks (actions) that are due via their notifications panel or notification page, as shown in figure below.
Progress on Upcoming Features
Ability to set Turn Times for Areas in Tables/Events (Part 2 of 2) - PPL-993
This feature will allow users to set a turn time per bookable area via Events Admin, e.g.; Bookings in the bar will have a turn time of 1 hour and bookings in the restaurant will have a turn time of 2 hours.
Tables - Quick changes to existing bookings - Covers - PPL-980
This feature will allow Tables Hosts users to make quick updates to timeslots and covers on existing bookings without needing go through the full booking journey again.
Events - Enquiries Beta - Name Change - PPL-952
Enquiries Beta is no longer a 'Beta' feature and will as such be fully released, with this we will be renamed it and also the Booking tab. This is to have more users using the Enquiries Beta feature with all its many features. It does more than just cater for Enquiries, hence we have re-named it to 'Bookings List'
